We are Bible-based, trying to give effect to the plain teaching of the New Testament (called 'the apostles' teaching' in the Bible book of Acts chapter 2 verse 42). Our basic belief is the Bible teaches we're to serve God according to a pattern. Find more detail about God's seven-step plan through 'Our Beliefs' link above.
All are welcome to our Family Service each Sunday at 6:00pm.
The special children's programme runs in parallel with an
interesting feature for adults each week.
The Church meets for
prayer & Bible study each
Thursday at 8:00pm. We speak to God in prayer
and we hear him speaking to us through his Word, the
Bible. Our aim is to apply the study of the Bible to our
daily lives.
We're engaged in serving the community in a variety of ways. In term-time there is a Youth Club every Friday . On the 1st Wednesday of each month there is a '50+'Group for over-fifties; and on the 3rd Wednesday of the month a Craft Group takes place.
A Computer Workshop is held most Saturdays from 10:00am till noon. Those who call in (from absolute beginners upwards) come with questions or bring in troublesome hardware / software and wait in turn for free assistance at one of our computers. While waiting they chat to others, browse magazines & leaflets or enjoy a coffee. Getting hands-on experience is encouraged, with the amount of free help tailored to each individual's needs.
We also invite you to come and observe the biblical 'breaking of the bread' Church Worship Service each Sunday at 10:45am
- remembering Jesus our Saviour in his chosen emblems of bread and wine.
Please ask too about our House Bible Study Groups.
